Accessibility statement
Last reviewed November 6, 2026.
LUPASA, LLC wants Truman Planner and trumanplanner.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with headings, landmarks, labelled form fields and tables with header rows.
- Every control reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text contrast that meets AA, and colour used only alongside words: a red, yellow or green state is always also named.
- Plain English first, with technical terms one click away.
- Layouts that reflow to narrow screens and to 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Accessibility checked in each release, with automated tools and by hand.
Known limitations
We are working on these and will update this page as they are resolved.
- The organization chart on the Structure page is a visual diagram; the same ownership information is available as a table on each entity's Ownership page.
- Some uploaded documents are scanned PDFs supplied by customers and may not be readable by a screen reader. Where the service has extracted their text, that text is shown beside the document.
- Stripe's hosted payment and billing pages are provided by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's accessibility statement.
Conformance status
Truman Planner is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most content conforms, with the exceptions listed above. We have not yet commissioned an independent audit; one is planned.
Feedback and accommodation
If you have difficulty using any part of the website or the service, or need information in another form, tell us and we will help, including by phone or email where the interface is the barrier. Email [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject, or write to LUPASA, LLC, [registered address]. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Technical specifications
