One price. Per entity, per month.
A trust, an estate, an LLC or a partnership is one entity; the assets, people and documents inside it are not counted. Add an entity and the next invoice reflects it, prorated. Wind one up and it stops being billed.

Questions
What counts as an entity?
Each trust, estate, LLC, partnership or corporation you administer in Truman. People, bank accounts, documents and users are not entities and are never counted.
How does the trial work?
Create an account and your organization starts a 14-day trial with no card on file. Add a payment method before it ends and your subscription continues without a gap. If none is on file, the trial simply ends and recording pauses until one is added.
What happens to our records if we stop paying?
Nothing. Everything your organization holds stays readable and exportable for as long as the account exists. Recording new activity pauses until the subscription is active again. A fiduciary record is never held hostage to a card.
Do rates change with the size of the book?
Yes. The price is in bands by entity count, and each band is charged at its own rate, so adding an entity never raises the rate on the ones you already have. The bands are shown above, read from the same price Stripe charges.
How is the entity count kept right?
Truman updates the quantity on your subscription when an entity is added or wound up, prorated to the day by Stripe. Your billing page shows the count on the next invoice next to the count in your book.
Who handles our card?
Stripe. Cards, invoices and receipts live on Stripe's hosted pages, reached from your billing page. Truman never sees a card number.
Do you offer annual billing or firm-wide terms?
Not yet on the self-service plan. If you administer a large book or need an agreement, write to us.
